We only use high-quality balloons that can last several weeks indoors! Over time, they’ll naturally shrink a little, it’s totally normal.
Hosting an outdoor event? Here's what to know: Dark balloons absorb more heat and may pop quicker. Try to place your install in a shaded area. In direct sun, balloons may pop within minutes or hours depending on the weather. We want your setup to shine, so we’ll always offer guidance based on your event location

After your event, you’ll keep just the balloons as they are yours to love!

Our balloon garlands are priced by the foot, using standard 11–12” balloons. ($25 per foot). Please note, balloon add ons such as: foil balloons, labeled balloons, Glitter, marble, or chrome balloons, artificial flowers, and general décor accents will increase the price of standard balloon installations.

To secure your balloon installation, a 50% non-refundable retainer fee of your overall total is required at the time of booking.
Please note that all retainers are non-refundable, as materials and specialty items for your personalized design are purchased immediately upon confirmation. This allows us to thoughtfully curate and prepare every detail specifically for your event.
We understand that plans can change. In the event you need to cancel, we are happy to transfer your the retainer fee to a future booking (made within the year of your original event date).

To ensure every detail is perfectly prepared for your celebration, full payment is due 1 week prior to your event date. If payment is not received by this time, your booking may be cancelled if we are unable to reach you, or a $25 late fee per day will be applied until paid in full.
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that all retainers used to secure your event date are non-refundable, as materials are purchased in advance. We’re happy to discuss next steps and available options with you.

We’ll always confirm: event date, setup time, event duration etc. Balloons are yours to keep! Want them popped? Ask us about our “pop fee”
Tear-down time depends on install size, if your venue has a strict schedule, please plan accordingly!
